Svetlana Kozlova, Senior Associate

Svetlana Kozlova is a Results Based Management (RBM) trainer. She has delivered workshops for NGOs and governmental agencies in Russia during 2005-2013. She has been a professional evaluation consultant since 2009. She has performed evaluations of international programs and projects for UNFPA, UNEP, WWF-Russia, and Oxfam. Also, she is a strategic planning and program development expert. She has facilitated planning workshops for NGOs and guided teams in the preparation of strategic plans, project proposals to international donors since 2002, including the Global Environment Fund (GEF), the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (UK), and the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (Germany).
As a Senior Associate at AIMS (July 2013 to present) Svetlana has been a member of multidisciplinary evaluation team for the UNFPA. In general, she evaluated about 20 evaluation reports and TORs. Also, Svetlana assessed 11 evaluation reports against UN-SWAP Eval Performance Indicator for UN GENDER SWAP REPORTING in 2015.
Svetlana speaks two languages: English and Russian.
