Service: Monitoring and Evaluation

Countries/Region: Haiti

Year: 2011-12

The AIMS team developed a monitoring and evaluation plan to track and assess the impact of the AFH-Haiti program to increase the prevalence of safe structures, increase the competitiveness of the local design and construction sector, and support the reconstruction of small and micro-enterprises. The scope included an extensive data collection process to obtain baseline information from 300 businesses in four economic corridors in Port-au-Prince and the development of a performance management database that linked to Salesforce. In the second year of the contract AIMS undertook a mid-term evaluation to assess progress in meeting the specified results and process goals.
