AIMS undertook an assessment to generate evidence to inform improvements to the overall evaluation report quality assurance and feedback system at UNICEF. Using a combination of document reviews, interviews and focus groups at headquarters, interviews with all regional offices, interviews with a stratified random sample of country offices, and an on-line survey of country offices, AIMS examined the extent to which the four objectives originally set for GEROS have been achieved. The work contributed to the quality, consistency, credibility and use of the evaluation report quality assurance system at the global, regional and country levels.
